​We've all noticed that talking while walking just feels easier, right? Those on-the-go conversations often reach a special depth and intensity.

 

There's something about being in motion that helps clear our minds and lets us see things from a new, freer perspective. When we're out in the fresh air, it’s like our thoughts and ideas start moving too.

During a WALK & TALK session we'll meet at a designated outdoor location. Sessions typically last ca. 60-90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dive into your coaching goals while being around the nature. 

 

Your coach will guide the conversation, listening, asking you right questions, helping you overcome obstacles, and finding your unique solution in a supportive and way.

And if the weather gets too rough, we can always find a cozy corner in a nearby café to continue our heartfelt conversation.

The Tradition of Walking & Talking

Throughout history, great minds have recognised the power of walking to inspire thought and creativity. Aristotle held his school of thought while walking in ancient Greece.

 

Immanuel Kant took creative walks through his hometown of Königsberg, and Hermann Hesse wrote many books while exploring the mountains of Ticino. These examples show how movement can enhance thinking and creativity.

The Walk & Talk method was established in the late 1990s, primarily through the work of American psychologist Dr. Kate Hays (Working it out: Using Exercise in Psychotherapy, 1999), and has been gaining popularity ever since.

 

In New York's Central Park, it's common for people to meet their therapist or coach in this dynamic, outdoor setting. Especially for those who spend their days in an office, this uncomplicated, healthy approach offers a refreshing alternative.

Nell Puetter, Founder of Calmfidence® Academy

As an Entrepreneur I founded my first company at the age of 26 and also worked in various corporate development positions in Europe, Middle East and USA. So I know the challenges that accompany people on a mission and I wish to collaborate with those who aspire to leave this planet a better place.

As a Postgraduate in Positive Psychology and International Business, I am also certified Positive Leadership Trainer.

​

My own personal challenges were the start of my growth, from being stuck in grieving, escaping to being a workaholic and other destructive behaviours, towards continuous expansion and a development of an Award-winning Self-Leadership with Calmfidence Inside  Out Program.


Today my mission at heart, as the founder of the Calmfidence® Academy, is to help remarkable individuals discover their inner fulfilment and unlock their holistic Prosperity with Calmfidence as a Key!
