I am a Wholeness Work Practitioner IV and use Wholeness Work on a daily basis.
In times like these it is so important to keep stress levels down - not only to protect your health and well-being but also to be able to act from a place of clarity and inner strength. One of the main focus areas in my coaching practice is stress relief and enhancing resilience.
