There is within each of us an ocean of peace and happiness. No matter the turmoil and strife existing on the surface of life, that quiet peace is there, available to each of us.

I am a Practitioner and Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation for over 50 years.

Sometimes we forget – especially in times of stress – and it is my delight and honor to help my clients ‘come home’ to themselves, to live in and from this core of peace, love and joy. Core Transformation, The Wholeness Work, and some other methods I use are excellent tools for this.
